Be Still My Heart

Wow, I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am right now. Last Saturday my name was drawn for the La Luz Trail Run lottery. I booked my flight Sunday evening. My race registration form came in the mail yesterday and I’ve already returned it in the mail. If that isn’t exciting enough, in one hour I’ll be leaving for Elkhorn, Wisconsin for the Ice Age Trail 50 mile trail run tomorrow. They say you are only as old as you feel, well right now I feel like a five year old on Christmas morning.
